Another real estate article I received recently was talking about the housing shortage. And it said that solution to the housing shortage is to build more homes. Gee whiz, doesn’t that make a lot of sense? Of course it does.
But the article further went on to say that Builders are slowly changing the types of homes they build. Instead of building only large MacMansions, they are now starting to build more favorably priced homes which are targeted to the first time buyers and non luxury home buyers.
Let’s face it, not everyone can afford a 4000 + square foot home for nearly a million dollars, or more. So Builders, thank you for finally realizing that there is a market for new construction in a price range that the average American can afford. And keep on building those homes for us please.
