In today’s market, houses are selling much faster than usual. In a normal Market, the average home in New Jersey sold in a little over 60 days.
In many areas of the country, homes are selling in less than 30 days. And in March, the average home in the country sold in only 34 days this is not a market.
This is good news for sellers, but not great news for buyers, and the selection of available homes is limited.
