If you’ll think back to your high school education you probably learned about something called the laws of supply and demand. It says the best time to sell something is when there is limited supply of the item. And when demand for that limited item is high, that makes it a great time to sell.
This is what today’s real estate market is like today. Buyers are finding that simply finding a home to buy and get it under contract is their biggest challenge.
