Why hasn’t your house sold yet?
I’m guessing your house is been on the market for quite some time. You’re getting showings, but no offers. It appears that everything is being done right.
The house is kept neat and clean, whatever repairs need to be done have been done. The place looks good. It is being advertised both in print media and on various websites. Your Realtor is held open houses. And the open houses were for both other Realtors and for the public.
So what’s wrong? Why has it not sold?
Now I hate to give you the bad news, but it is probably priced too high. Even though the market is strong, buyers will not overpay for a house.
So contact your Realtor, and get a fresh market analysis. And then talk with your Realtor about reducing the price on your property before it’s too late and you totally miss the market.
