The study about Millennials purchasing homes tells about a few other important things Millennials want in their new home.
Comfort and security is their number two reason for purchasing a home. They want to be able to control who comes into their home and they want to be able to secure it with it they think it needs to be secured.
They also like the idea of living in a nicer home. When they are owners they have the ability to renovate a home, choose the colors and make it the way that they want it to be. They also want the ability to make any changes necessary to accommodate their growing families.
They also like to be engaged in their community, and get civically involved.
And then another reason is the financial stability that own their own home offers.
