Reality Check – Part 2

I started this article on my other site, 55plusinocean.com

In that article I wrote that I wasn’t sure if people were reading the articles I wrote, since I have never heard from anyone. So if you actually read this, please let me know either email Art@BunnyandArt.com or text me 732-598-7700

So – to continue I’m talking about my grandchildren. It’s a subject near to my heart as I love all 7 of them dearly. I was talking about my 9 year old granddaughter in the last blog post. Over the past few years we have been taking her to various high school spring musicals. She sits on the edge of her seat the entire performance and she gets so excited. She wants to be on the stage, and she probably will when she gets to high school. She can sing and she has the most outgoing personality you could imagine. She lives very close to me with her mother, step father, two brothers and a sister. We get her off of the school bus nearly every day, and we have been doing that since she started school. She stays with us for the afternoon until she gets picked up by her mom, or I take her to CCD, soccer practice, karate or wherever she needs to go. I call myself “Papa Uber”. We help her with her homework. Thanks to Common Core, Bunny says that she’s a college grad who would fail second and third grade math. They teach the children such a convoluted way of doing math I don’t see how the kids can actually solve math problems in the future.
