Guess what? Millennials are finally deciding this time to buy a home. I received the results from a survey recently which not only said that Millennials are buying houses (now there’s a big surprise) but it surveyed those buyers asking why they are finally deciding it is time to buy a house.
According to the people who responded to the survey, 23% of the Millennials said they were just tired of renting their home., and decided that it was time to purchase a home. And many of the respondents said they decided to purchase because they had managed to save up enough money so that they can actually afford to buy a house.
Many others said as they now have a job that is more stable which will allow them to purchase a home. And very simply, many others had reached the stage in life where they were getting married and having children, and they needed the room, and they wanted a more stable environment for the children to grow in.
