There’s another study out. This one talks about why Millenials are choosing to buy their own home instead of renting. The overwhelming majority of the respondents say that they want to have control over the living space. They want to be able to choose the colors that they paint the walls inside their own home.
They also like the ability to renovate their home to fit their lifestyle.
Also, many of them have waited to get a pet. And they dream about the day they’ll be able to get a pet and make that pet part of their family.
When you’re on your own home you have the freedom to make those choices
